FOUR LADIES OF HOLLYWOOD
In everything that is going on today in our country, the Four Ladies of Hollywood a silver statue, that stands tall on the corner of La Brea and Hollywood Blvd, a center island. What it represents is the all four races standing proud and standing strong. Mae West, Anna Mae Wong, Dorothy Dandridge, and Dolores Del Rio. Even a fifth lady sits high atop the gazebo Marilyn Monroe.
However the four ladies are representing each race strong and proud, showing us that nothing can hold us back to making our dreams come true. Each one of the ladies has a star on the Hollywood Walk of fame located on Vine Street. A piece of the past mixed in with the future.
The Four Ladies of Hollywood Gazebo), is a reminder for us in today’s world of turmoil and hate to remember that we as Americans can all work together to make a better world, one filled with love.
An interesting note today, the four ladies represent all four races, today our Vice Presidentgt represents, two out of the four ladies. One woman represents two races, of the four ladies of Hollywood, her name is Vice-President Karmela Harris.
Why is so much hate, a lot of articles have been written saying that this is the worst artwork of all time, instead seeing the beauty and the true meaning. Too many critics are haters and refuse to look behind the meaning of something so elegant and beautiful.
