Enough is Enough — No More Tears

When will it stop the kids are our future and it is time to stop taking away the kids giving them the right to live? Guns, hate, and anger are the problems, and until we realize it this will continue.

We need to stand up and put an end to all this senseless violence and killings. We are all one and must learn how to deal with a problem instead of turning to guns. The time is now for gun control, and for our government representatives to stop taking money from the NRA.

The Second Amendment was written in 1791, and the Second Amendment, an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, adopted in 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights, provided a constitutional check on congressional power under Article I Section 8 to organize, arm and discipline the federal militia.

In delving a little deeper into just what is Article I Section 8 says, The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts, and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defiance and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts, and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States; Art I. S8.
